Hi everyone, firstly all your lovely pets are safe and sound tonight, tucked up snug and warm. The only level they are concerned with relates to food bowls!! We are unable to take any new guests until level 3 is signalled by the government. When you collect your pets please use a face covering for the 1 person leaving the car. We can provide details for internet payment if you wish. Take care and we hope this is only a short break until normal transmission resumes!!! 🐕🐱🙂

Hi everyone! We are looking for a special, enthusiastic person to join our team on a part time basis. This person must genuinely care for people and their pets and be committed to an extremely high level of work and service to both the local and wider community. Duties include, care of pets, support of pet owners, cleaning ( LOTS :-) ), making bookings, taking calls etc, etc. You must be able to work weekends as well as week days. A supervisory role may be available for an appropriate applicant. Experience with dogs is essential and experience with cats is preferable. Full training will be given however initiative and a 'can do anything' attitude is a must. Hi all. We will be open at alert level two but also ask that we only have one customer in the office at a time. This may mean a short wait in your car or the carpark. Please use the tracking app or sign in. Using your own pen is always a good idea. As people's plans may change, we simply ask you keep in touch in the usual ways. We will be adhering to our usual standards of cleaning and the product we mainly use kills the Covid and other viruses, however, we must still handle and cuddle your pets..... :-) Not a lot we can do about that. Just a quick word to wish you all a very, very, safe and happy festive season. We're very grateful to you all for sharing your fluffy family members with us here at Big Paw Pet Lodge. Legal proceedings can begin for the photo's shared as prior consent was not granted to print these. In our defense, high reward treats were in hot demand and staff safety is also important so we generally give in to these situations :-) Merry Christmas all. See you soon x
