Waits , waits and more waits π
It's teaching them control and patience,
We learn to do waits anywhere and everywhere, not just at home or in their safe environment, but out and about and under distractions.
This group all did off lead recalls week 3 and at an awesome distance, really stoked with there progress π
When your holidaying in fiji π΄ and your need to train the village dogs π
Fair to say they all knew where we lived by the end as we fed them all haha π
Bring on the next 6 week course.
looking forward to it!
Another 6 week course completed and once again very proud of the handlers and how much effort they put into training their dogs. πΆ
The last class untill October is full but please reach out if you are desperately needing a spot,
It's starting 9th June 4pm
Congratulations to all current class members π
On week 6 of the course, I quite enjoy challenging my class with everything they have learnt π
Evan and Alice with Major the schnauzer show here how much practice and dedication they put into him. It really dud show
His waits were perfect time and time again, nothing was making him break.
Absolutely love the end results in all my class, especially when I can't seem to challenge them haha
Whole new group of handlers and dogs,
I love watching them grow as a team while teaching their dogs new habits.
also the surprised look on their face when their dog does what they are asked to do π€
week 3 has crept up and the nights are getting cooler.
keep up the fantastic work π©·
Both groups have graduated π
My passion is to help people and their dogs form a better relationship and get better control in all situations.
The change in 6 weeks is incredible, all credit to the owners who have gone home each week and trained.
Congratulations,
what a fantastic group of people π©΅
Registration is open for next class, pm me

Dogs of all ages are welcomed to attend π
Such an awesome group of handlers on Wednesday and Sundays.
Classes run untill winter
Registrations are open
I love helping owners get the best out of their dogs π
Very first group recall on week 3 and these guys blew me away with the distance they achieved π€―
Brand new venue changes are making it fun
How cute Is this ..
At only 11 weeks old wee Marlo and handler Ashlee are nailing their first waits π€©
Love the concentration and drive to please his owner.
Proves you can teach them from any age π₯°
Week 2 is already apon us with both groups nailing it!
Amazing how from week 1 to week 2 how much more control they already have, doing waits and stays at the end of the lead.
Shows the hard work they put in at home during the week π
Mr Gus had an opinion about everything on the Sunday course, having a bad day π€·ββοΈ Everyone who knows him , knows what I mean π
Change of venues start this week, thats always fun !
2024 here we come !

Lucky last course for the year and the weather finally brought us some βοΈ
Lucky last group for the year and they get sunshine !π
Week 3 already and we start off lead work which must I say they all nailed the group recalls off lead !! very impressed
week 4 we start distance training and getting the in general control down to a fine art.
Another stunning day for out group this avo π₯°
6 Weeks goes so fast !
thoroughly enjoyed working with both these groups.
highlight was seeing Arlo the rough coated collie go around every single person in the class to recieve a treat.
sounds nothing but the reason he attended was because he does not like strangers in general, doesn't want anything to do with them so by going up to 15 strangers by week 6 was a huge achievement π©΅
keep up the great work, never stop training them and keep advancing the skills you have learnt π
Last group before Xmas is underway and doing fantastic
3 classes a week to finish in time for Xmas π
I give everyone credit for getting out there rain, hail and shine as it definitely hasn't Been that great !
Both groups who are at 6 weeks have nailed their off lead recall with long distance !
Not easy for a pup sitting in a line of dogs waiting to be called. πΆ
Registrations for 2024 are already underway π©΅
Week 4 for both of my groups and they are all doing exceptionally well!
By week 4 we are doing off lead work in a group, it cracks me up how many people laugh at this suggestion on week 1 yet here they are π€©
Also start to teach basic road waiting.
The work they are putting in at home is really showing, such fantastic groups of handlers and dogs who I look forward to training each week.π
THE RECALL GAME! π€©
Here shown with our 3 year year old daughter and 12 week pup.
You cannot over do this game, play as many times a day as you like.
it's an easy and fun game to improve your dogs/pups recall instantly.
Few things to remember..
π₯Always reward with either food or high praise
π₯Have a tone of voice or whistle that the dog automatically responds to.
high tonne helps, any happy voice
π₯Keep calling untill they come, you can hide, run , jump, anything to make it exciting for them.
π₯ Use the same tonne and actions when calling them off a distraction, as much as you want to yell at them, it isn't gonna help π¬
They did predict a thunderstorm! and for the entire 2 hour group training the heavens sure did open! βοΈβοΈ
this group did absolutely amazing, 1 of the hardest sessions iv had purely with the weather pelting on the roof, if it wasn't rain it was Hail, thunder and lightening π
I'm guessing if they could have run to their π they would've haha!
very proud of them pushing their way through a not so easy seasion, the handlers and dogs achieved so much even working in that weather π§‘
Week 2 this week and they are tracking along perfect!
