Rusty is a charming and affectionate boy who’s looking for a loving home where he can be the center of attention.

When Rusty came to us he had been living rough on the streets. His fur was matted so tight he had bald spots. This meant he needed a hair cut.
Resulting in him having this cool as mullet he has today.
Rusty is a cuddly companion who enjoys snuggling up with his humans, giving loving kisses and general head buts. He thrives on human interaction and will quickly form a deep bond with his new family.

Rusty is a sweet boy who likes to keep things simple. He prefers to be the only pet in the household, as he isn’t fond of other animals. If you’re looking for a loyal and loving companion who will shower you with affection and be your one-and-only feline friend, Rusty is the perfect match.

Rusty has a playful side too, and he enjoys chasing toys, exploring his environment, and lounging in sunbeams. He may take a little time to adjust to a new home, but once he settles in, he’ll be your most devoted friend.

Our Gisborne team first met little Cruiz when he and his brother were found underneath a house, and brought into our care all the way back in July 💔

While his brother has been adopted, poor Cruiz is still waiting for his big adoption day to come. He’s currently in foster care, as our Gisborne team said “he just wasn’t coping with life in the Centre.” 😞

They are calm, adaptable, all round great dogs who long for their own people.
Eddie is easygoing and has shown us his loving and chill personality.

Day 2 of Helping Atlas Find a Home 🐾

Atlas is a 4-month-old deaf pup.
We think there’s a bit of Great Dane in him - can’t be sure but certainly is tall and lanky!
What we are sure of is that he’s full of love and potential, just waiting for the right person to guide him. He really is a placid and easygoing guy. And extremely people focussed.

We are very desperate to find him a foster to adopt home - a place where someone can work with his needs and help him thrive. A home with another dog to be his guide would be ideal!
