Yesterday was the hardest day to get through. My best friend and I cuddled all morning, shared our last cup of tea and with the help of Vet Services she drifted off to sleep in my arms. My world feels empty but my heart full from knowing her. 19 years of an amazing friendship R.I.P BellBells.

Thank you to whoever left these two in a cage on my driveway. You obviously cared enough not to just dump them anywhere. I appreciate that. They will be heading to the SPCA this afternoon. In the meantime they are warm, dry, safe and well fed. Both little grey munchkins. Yoda 1 and Yoda 2 😜🩶 May the force be with you.

This has to be the hardest post to write.
This week we lost our darling wee Possum. She was the smallest cat in our home but the biggest personality by far. We spent last night having a wee ceremony for her and sharing tales. Goodbye sweetheart, thank you for being our healing cat x

Possum (11 mo) & Saffy (3.5mo). Play mode fully activated. Possum is small for her age and Saffy , well, she’s a Maine C**n. No need for telly when these two are playing.

Sorry for the lack of videos and reels, I have an excuse. I missed the curb 😆. Left knee and right ankle 🤦🏼‍♀️. Two days off and a few braces and I’m back. I can’t thank Jenna enough for looking after the furries for me at very short notice. More videos in the next few days I promise. In the meantime here’s my little carer, Saffy.

I have dreamed of this day for so long. This property was originally a cat breeding cattery which extended to becoming a boarding cattery. And now, as of today, it’s a boarding cattery with a Maine C**n breeding cattery. The Rabbiter’s Rest, as it was originally known as, has come full circle.

Just a gorgeous wee lioness.
Misty is 6.05kg. She is a 14 year old Maine C**n who just loves a good scratch and cuddle. At present she is the alpha of the outside area and is more tolerant than any teacher I’ve ever had. I love her to bits.
Congratulations to Nicola Cameron on your 6.15kg guess. Send me a message and I’ll deliver your cat scratcher. Thanks to everyone who participated. Misty still isn’t talking to me and is wearing a tshirt today to protect her from the sun.
