Since I got back from Bali in April I have had some amazing house/pet sits. I am currently at a 7 week pet/sit with the cute little Ziggy(a regular).
I also had to say goodbye to another regular, the beautiful whisky dog "Izzy". 😢 She was such a lovely dog, and gave me lots of belly laughs while looking after her, especially when she was trying to get me out of bed to give her breakfast an hour before she was due. She is sadly missed by me and especially her family.

I have space in my calendar from the end of August. Pm me with dates😊

Also I won't be housesitting over Christmas and New year as I am going on a road trip!!

Hi everyone.. just a little update . It's been a while since I posted. I'm having Easter off and heading to Bali.. and then I am booked out till August.. !! But don't hesitate to ask about dates as I may be able to help.. ☺️

So its been a wee while since I wrote an update.. over the cyclone I had a few cancellations which was expected and I also had things to do so appreciated this time to myself. I am back on track and have been doing some long house/pet sits for friends family and regulars.
I have just finished a sit for a friend while they went to Europe. I was a bit nervous with this one as Billie their dog didn't like me.. she was scared and anxious when I was around.. but I wanted to help my friends out.. the last thing I wanted to do was stress her out more.. and me and her owners worked together to make it easier for her coming up to the sit... it worked out wonderful and now we are good buddys. Izzy the cat 🐈 was awesome too..
I am now at a regular sit in haumoana with lovely jinn the cat..
I am pretty booked up this year, have a few dates in from mid October to mid November (not labour weekend) and a few dates in dec before Christmas.

I have the question alot.. How much do I charge?... 'Nothing'!!.. its a fair exchange I think... But from some of the housesitting pages I follow.. there are some that think this is wrong.. but usually it is coming from the peeps that charge.. I thought this article was a good read... and explains the difference well... what do you think?
