The power was off overnight so the poor guys have had to miss out on a feed or two to correct their biologics. But so far they all seem happy and were dancing round the tank this afternoon.

Also we said "boys" but that's because men wouldn't behave this way. They were approximately late teens.

Hey Taradale and beyond

Many of our great customers have come to know and love our big beautiful store fish here at Happy Animalz.
Our group of Clown loaches are a rare sight to see. Some of these guys are 15 years old and super friendly. These are our family and we love them immensely.

Unfortunately not everyone loves us for having these attractions in store.
On Friday afternoon, 2 boys were behaving oddly in our store. They were checking behind our partitions to look at the back of our shop and then they decided to switch off the power to our display tank, leaving the shop immediately after this act. This power switch is not directly accessible to the public so this was a purposeful act.

They have been caught on camera and this has been passed onto our local police constable.

If these individuals would like to come forward and apologise then criminal charges will be stopped. We can all admit to our mistakes and grow to be better people. That's community and together we are stronger.

Over 9 years, running our local business here in the Taradale Village we have enjoyed the atmosphere, the customers and their pets. We are unaware why anybody would want to upset Happy Animalz and the experience we have created for the Taradale Village, especially when they're putting the health of our beloved pets at risk.

Happy Animalz begun 9 years ago and Happy Animalz has a lot more to give in the next 9 years.

Why do I like this litter so much?
- It has the best odour control
- In my experience it has much less tracking then some and you only have to sweep it back in to the tray
- Less waste so saves you on the pocket. You only throw out the used stuff and top up as you go
- Which also means it is less work to maintain. Which works in a busy home!
- But the best reason why I love this litter is that it is easy on the paws. Cats love it, it feels nice to them and therefore they love using it!!

Can't get any better then that.

These puppies came in the other day for their first nail clip and a weigh in. Sooo CUTE 🥹🥰 Little Japanese Spitz babies.
There may be some still looking for homes so get in contact with us by phoning the shop if you are interested, but be in quick with these guys as they are finding homes fast!

If you are looking for a puppy right now you have to check out these locally bred pups. Dad is a Shih Tzu and Mum is a Shih Tzu x Fox Terrier. The puppies are raised a loving family home with both mum and dad to help with the parental duties. They just turned 8wks old today so they are ready to go home now!!

Just a reminder that as tomorrow is ANZAC day we will be closed and will be back on board on Friday.
This little guy came in for a visit yesterday. He is the last puppy in the litter still looking for a home. If you are keen just give us a call here at the shop and we can put you on to his current mum. He is very sweet, well socialised with people and other animals. ❤️❤️❤️
