🚨🎉 BREAKING NEWS: Greyhound racing has been banned in New Zealand!🎉 🚨

Today we're joining many other leading animal organisations in celebrating this fantastic decision by Deputy Prime Minister Winston Peters, which will ensure improved welfare and safety for greyhounds around the country. It's a decision that's long overdue – we've lost too many greyhounds to the racing industry, and we're thrilled that a happier future for these incredible dogs is in sight.

We're committed to supporting a smooth transition period to allow dogs to be responsibly placed in loving homes – so they can enjoy the freedom to run for joy, not profit. We look forward to sharing our next steps towards better lives for New Zealand's greyhounds. To everyone who has spoken out and supported these amazing dogs in the fight to end racing – thank you 💙

Introducing two very handsome boys, Kona and Scout! These boys live semi rural so to keep up with their manners, socialization, recall and general training they come out on adventures with me each fortnight and have been since they were both tiny puppies.
Kona is almost 5 years old now and a very loving and cuddly boy. Scout is 2 now and has come such a long way after being found dumped and starving in the bush on the North Island. He is such a gentle, sweet soul. Both boys are incredibly lucky to have the most caring owners ❤️
