Winnie is all go go go, we've been focusing on getting Winnie in to a calm state of mind before heading out for a walk. Winnie is one eager beaver and wants to lead the walk. It's important to ensure your dog is calm and attentive to you before you head out. It’s not about the distance or pace, but the quality of the walk and the state of mind for both human and dog before you even put the lead on.
How is your dog on a leash? Better yet, how are they on a leash with other dogs in close vicinity? Structured pack walks are one of the services we specialise in at Take The Lead Dog Walking, we practice positive reinforcement of good behaviour and provide obedience training throughout the session. Every dog gains mental and physical stimulation while having fun and being cared for.
