Lily gets her own post today as she missed being featured in our usual lineup. Lily is a quiet member of the pack...sometimes a bit of a wall flower...but has the confidence to boldly walk thru life n makes sure everyone knows she's in charge. U wouldn't guess this from her first few days when she had to b carried in from the car. oops a double dose of Lily as I thought I had lost my 1st post....but who can complain at her being so super cute!

So good to be back. The Tuesday team has had a few changes so there were a couple of new introductions but the excitement level was super crazy after such a long break. Looks like some have been couch potatoes n gained a few pounds...but with some extra laps at double speed I am sure this will be resolved pretty quickly. Today we played hard so all should be worn out n sleep well tonight.

Some sad news.... Cooper's owner Audry passed away last week. Cooper, the 3 legged brindle staffy mastiff x, who has attended daycare here for around 9 years, is now living with us and our K9 family full time at K9 Country Club. All Audry lived for was her faithful companion Cooper and our promise to her is to care for him in the manner he has been accustomed to. His lazy boy chair now sits in our lounge and Cooper shares it with a frenchie or two (or more) as they comfort him by snuggling up ❤️ We all know how dogs feel the energy around them, so hopefully his mood will lighten when he is back with his daycare mates next week. It has been an honour knowing Audry and we will remember her for her dedication to not only Cooper, but all dogs, especially those in need. She donated to and supported the SPCA in an incredible way. She was definitely a dog person...not so much a people person, and Audry made this clear with a 'welcoming' plaque at her door which read 'DOGS WELCOME..PEOPLE TOLERATED'. However, we were fortunate and grateful to gain a friendship with Audry through Cooper, and will make sure he is always loved and cared for.🐾

Hi everyone sorry for the short notice of closure. Both mine and Amanda's health had been an issue basically from the time we took over. However just under a week in hospital and a conversation with a skin specialist in America I am now on the mend and back to 80% health. We will be reopening k9 country club in 2 weeks time, we need to compete the new drop off area first. If you are interested in you dog/dogs returning please get in contact to book in your days. Any past members will have first options for days. Thank you everyone we hope to hear from you all soon.
