It is with much sadness that I confirm that Ngaruawahia Pony Club has today been officially wound up.
As per our Constitution and with the approval of NZPCA, the balance of the assets have been transferred to Waikato Area Pony Club specifically for the benefit of the Education Fund.
The end started with the loss of the Waipa Esplanade grounds and has continued due to a lack of members.
70+ years of history will not be forgotten. To members past - thank you for all the riders you got started and the knowledge you imparted. We thank each and every one of you and for the countless hours given up voluntarily.
It’s a sad day.
