Whew, the first week of 2025 done and dusted👐
What a big week! But I didn't forget how to groom over the holidays 😋
Here's a few snaps I remembered to take this week, it was so nice to be back snuggling my furry friends 🧡

Sweets would like to remind you all that if you can't make your appointment a minimum of 24 hours notice is needed to avoid a late cancelation fee and so she doesn't have to pull out her dobby ears and puppy dog eyes to try get out of a bath! 🛀
I am fully booked until the 17th of February so if you can't make your appointment please be courteous to me and to the people waiting on the cancelation list and give me as much notice as possible!

Happy New Year 🥳

But for now check out the amazing local facility that is Waikato Canine Adventure Park 😁

This is a bookable dog park and for $25 per 50mins (up to 3 dogs - options for more dogs available) your dog can enjoy an unbotherd romp in a fully fenced area with toys, agility equipment, sandpit and a trough to cool off in after racing around how cool is that!! (Perfect for those with reactivate dogs or anyone wanting to try out something new)

Sweets (my dog) Keepa (my parents German x Belgium Shepard) and Kim (my partners parents Black Labrador) absolutely loved it ❤️

Well that's a wrap on 2024 🥳

This year I have completed 900 grooms and I can tell you my body is feeling every single one of them right now 😅

The salon is clean (and empty) because while I managed to find one amazing stud a few years ago (my partner) I failed to find any the first time when setting up my salon 🤣 so a few holes need filling and a fresh coat of paint for 2025 needs painting 😅

Thankyou so much from the bottom of my heart to every single one of you for making my dream of having my own home based salon my reality, I truly could not have done this without you! ❤️

It's been a massive, emotional year for so many of us, so here's to Christmas with our loved ones and seeing in a New Year full of more exciting times! 🎅

Hey Everyone,
I know the cost of living has been hard on everyone but unfortunately after 3 years of no price increases I can no longer avoid it.

To continue to provide the same one on one, specialized grooming service that I provide my prices will be increasing buy approximately 8% from January the 6th 2025

If you have any questions about what your new cost of groom will be or if you want to set up a prepaid grooming plan please get intouch to discuss.
