Hello out there.. with things being quiet all around we are taking a break in the lead up to what is already a fully booked Christmas! We will be closed from October 14 until October 23.. we appreciate you all have different holiday and or respite care needs for your loved pets, and we are sorry for any inconvenience this break causes to you.. we are grateful for your ongoing support.. Hello and happy new year to the clients we now count as friends ..we made it through another year! Christmas 2024 bookings are open for those that missed out last year..we are are taking our Christmas break from February 23 until March 6, and while we understand you all have busy schedules .. we need to take a break.. once again, the phone will be monitored but not necessarily answered .. thats not a break.. text will be the best way to contact us.. thanks for understanding .. and sorry for any inconvenience ..Vicki and Mitch

Christmas has come around so fast this year!! Sorry to say we are fully booked until January 9th next year! We do have a wait list, but that is also long enough that we can’t promise anything! Merry Christmas to our fabulous clients.. may the new year bring you love , peace and happiness 😻

Hello Facebook friends.. just a quick note to any of our clients we haven’t seen in the last little while.. we are closed from May 2 until May 11 for a much needed change of scenery. We won’t be returning phone calls on a daily because that’s not a holiday.. we will touch base now and then, so please don’t be discouraged.. we look forward to coming home with a new energy.. thanks for understanding..

Under new management

As many of you are aware, Ritz on Reservoir will be under new ownership at the beginning of December. We would like to take this moment to appreciate how Garry has run the business over the years and we look forward in getting to know new and existing clients. We continue to offer day-care, over night stays and long term boarding.

Who are the new owners?

Vicki and Mitch have owned and operated M C Mitchell Concreting Ltd for the past decade. They have decided it is time to put the screed away and try a new, less physically demanding venture. Ritz on Reservoir will be a true family affair with their youngest daughter Taylor as manager, assisted by her partner Reuben, her two children Harper and Beau and their latest fury addition Jeff. Taylor has been working alongside Mitch for the past few years and is looking forward to getting out of the concrete! Their eldest daughter Terri and her two kids will be our dedicated relief staff. Ready to come and get their hands stuck in when needed.

When you leave your pet with us you will be met by a couple of inquisitive characters Nigel the jack Russell, Chips or Chippies the Sydney silkie cross and maybe Stella the British blue will allow you to pet her if she is in the mood, or hungry! You may also see Taylors cat Sissy hanging around, don't feed her she is on a diet.
