A nice pedigree update for Lot 363 (Exceed and Excel x Lady Krovanh colt) when his half brother recorded win number three - from his last four outings - in Hong Kong last night.
The gelding by Sebring has amassed over HK$1 million in prize money this season and was sold by Kiltannon Stables at the New Zealand Bloodstock Ready to Run Sales.
Looking forward to seeing what his brother fetches in the Karaka Book 1 sale in a few days!

Carlaw Park's Karaka Yealring Sale graduate, Toomuchtobear (Press Statement), has made the perfect start to his new campaign when taking out the John William's Rating 72 event over 1400m for jockey Reece Jones and trainer @chris_waller_racing
Recording win number four, from eight outings, Toomuchtobear tailed the field for majority of the race before letting down with a fine turn of foot to cover the field and win by a neck.
The 4YO son of @vinerystud Press Statement looks to have a bright future as he'll look to step over more ground in the coming weeks.
Toomuchtobear was pinhooked as a weanling by Carlaw Park, before being sold as a yearling to prominent Bloodstock agent @mulcaster_bloodstock for NZ$120,000 - a great investment with the gelding having earned more than A$200,00 in prize money.
Congratulations to all connections concerned.
