Stock is severely limited at the moment as I am relocating (moving house) and there's a lot to dismantle and move. Next summer will be awesome!

All orders placed from today onwards (April 14th) will be posted on Monday 29th as I am off to Nelson to help my Dad move up to the North Island.

Please excuse how slow the website is. I am going to try and fix it this week some time. It's just loaded up with so many big photos that need to be downscaled and it's become a bit clunky. It still works though :) Patience is required ;)

Also due to winter my normal Aquatic Plants are quite limited. July is the worst month in terms of coldness. They sorta start to pick up again a little by mid August and by mid September we're away laughing again.

Hello everyone
I'm going on a week long course next week in New Plymouth and won't be returning until half way through the following week. This means that all orders placed after Saturday May 27th midnight won't be posted until Monday 12th. Any orders placed before then are being posted Monday 29th so don't worry if you've already placed an order as it's being posted tomorrow.
In short: All orders placed from today onwards won't be posted until Monday 12th June. Then I go back to normal weekly posting which is always a Monday anyway.
Monday 5th of June is a public holiday anyway and it's always safer to post on Mondays instead of Tuesdays so it's not a bad week to have off. Jess

Anyone who purchased or is about to purchase tissue culture plants. Just letting you know I'll be posting on Monday the 22nd with NZ post courier (since they're the most reliable).

Hello! :) So there is was a courier hiccup this week. Relief driver ballsed up. My normal driver is on holiday overseas. Also his scanner wasn't working so pick up won't be showing even though they left. Please track your parcel and phone up the courier for an Estimated Delivery Time. Luckily the weather has been chilli so the plants will last sooooo much longer than they would in hot weather, so don't be too concerned. If for example you receive your parcel and there is any decay, please send me a clear photograph and I will replace what is damaged.

Hey everyone:) if you notice a courier delay. Phone the courier! For example, Thursday comes along and you have no plants. Phone the up the courier company and ask for an ETA and say it's urgent. This will usually ensure they arrive before the weekend. They will contact the driver in your area and hurry it along. Plants travel happily and don't need to arrive within 24 hours in order to be healthy. Sometimes even after a week they can still look the same as when they left, although it depends on the species and whether it's hot weather or not. (they travel better in the cold weather) But please track your order and phone if need be.

Aside from orders that have already been placed (they are leaving tomorrow morning), my next shipping date is Monday the 9th of Jan 2023! You can however do local pick up if you are near Otaki at any time during Christmas and New Year holidays etc. Please call me (Jess) on 027 630 9994 and tell me what you want, or text me and i'll prepare your order for collection. The website is not set up for click and collect at the moment and you don't want to be charged shipping! It is up to date with what is available though.
