Tracking Trial weekend at the Pahiatua track up on the summit
Shelby made me proud with successfully qualifying in the TT 2 trial both days and highest qualifier on the Sunday 💚💚
(TT2 is 700 plus metre 2 hours old track with 3 articles to indicate and pick up on steep mixed ground). Good heart pumping stuff😅🤪)

Last session of Obie’s Puppy Adolescent program and he’s just had some training out at the park with real life distractions and finished off with an off leash freedom with Shelby 🩷💚

Congratulations to his Mum and Dad for being consistent with the training 👏💚

Some of you will know that 4 weeks ago my husband had a heart attack and was told he needed a heart bypass. During this stressful time Shelby had a wee holiday very unexpected, she rocked the situation fitting in really well in their family life. Which I am so grateful to.
Extra bonus 🤣 I have also noticed that puddles are a necessity now for Shelby when we pop out for our walks 😂 must have been the labs influence 😀

Hubby is recovering well at home slow but on the mend ❤️‍🩹

A dog friendly restaurant right in the centre of town 🐾💚 imagine my drought when I could take Shelby in too 😁
They even provided toys and her personal water bowl plus a Polaroid taken for on their wall.
They sell lovely leads and collars too 💚

Brutus in week 3 also learning all about loose leash walking 🐾🧡

It is very important not to rush out and walk your puppy out and about - the best help you can give your dog is learn at home how to walk on a leash and then when you eventually go out and about you will have a dog that will hear you and refocus from the distractions and walk on a loose leash much quicker 🧡🐾

Stationary training is so powerful for your puppy for Loose leash walking first 🧡🐾

His recall has also massively improved just from playing the group name game and individually playing it with each family member 😍
Massive improvement, I love my job 💚🐾💚
