Merry Christmas to me 😆🤣

Irish Draught x Warmblood, 6yo mare.

She has settled in wonderfully and has been learning the ropes the last couple of weeks.

Imagine having a paddock full of mares of your own after citing that geldings were your preferred choice of partner! 🤷🏽‍♀️

Berry yet again proving her versatility and ‘nice person’ complex heading out showing Cassie the ropes.

It’s not too early for a Christmas present 😆🥰

Berry heads home at the end of this week and will be available to view in Feilding until then.

A young mare I really rate as a type that will be as genuine as they come!

Rising 6yo mare who I’ve started and LOVE.

Breeding to support a future of competition- but suitable for a young rider, or most individuals looking to produce a young horse to take the reins and carry on the fun I’ve had!

Berry is an easy peasy youngster- learns quickly and responds to new environments like an absolute champ.

Berry has a vast CV for a young green broke horse- she floats alone and in company, travels well, stands patiently when you shoot into the shop for a snack! She’s been to the beach, farm riding, arenas and all sorts.

Screaming kids, fishing lines, vehicles, pigs, chickens, sheep being moved down the road- the lot.

I’d love to see Berry head to a home where she will be enjoyed. I really can’t say enough good things about her!

Berry is straight forward, trainable, likeable and easy to deal with.

She has been started with various outings, taking all of these experiences in her stride.

A perfect prospect to further produce, with a good brain and excellent attitude.

Berry had been a pleasure to have around, and will be a very fun wee mare fo carry on with!

Babadook (Derek) 🤗

Reasonably priced at $5k, located in Feilding.

9yo sporthorse (TB x Selle Francais) gelding by Kiwi Glimpse out of Stiletto, who was by Hula Town.

Standing at approx 16-16.1hh.

Derek has competed in show hunter and show jumping up to 1m with clear rounds and placings.

He’s a fun, likeable and competitive for sale on behalf of his breeder who is overcommitted.

Derek is a very straightforward ride in the ring, jumps from pretty much anywhere- he has been easy to work since arriving, with a solid foundation and understanding on the flat and over fences. (Snaffle mouth across all disciplines). Doesn’t get overly fresh - can jump on and go - jumping speedy clear rounds for a ribbon after really “not enough” work.

Derek is a best mate type, loves any form of attention, coming in to be worked and very much loves the farrier 😆!

Derek has a tendency to get hotter in the warm up, not transferring into the ring- no dirt but may put off a nervous nelly, this is becoming lesser with more outings.

Will paw if he’s tied for a prolonged period, can be left on his own with no trouble but expect the occasional hole!
