Jay will only drive Eagle Hanover from the team, while he entrusts David Grundmann(J) with driving Anastasia Ashley, Frank Phelan with Mr. Wonderful, and John Kriechbaumer with Midfrew Lucre. Jay will also drive 3 others, 1 each for trainers Adrienne Matthews, John Kriechbaumer and Ival Brownlee.

🔷𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌 𝐀𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐘🔷 It is Peter Forsberg NZs turn to today to start at the Newcastle day meeting for Trainer Nathan Anderson in Race 8 at 5:42pm AU time (NZ approx. 7:42pm) to be driven by Jemma Coney (C).
TAB (abridged) Race Comments: Last start was well back in the run when 9th (Fr7) over 2030m at this track. Two runs back 9th (Fr8) over 2030m after showing early speed at this track. Must do a lot more.

TAB (abridged) Race Comments: CONOR MCGREGOR (3) has had tough barriers at his last couple but won two in a row here prior, one of them from this draw. He gets his chance to show that sort of form again. Capable of better than we have seen lately.

🔷𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌 𝐀𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐘🔷 It has been a 2 moths since both the teams stable starters for Trainer Nathan Anderson started at the same meeting but tonight both Conor McGregor NZ and Peter Forsberg NZ will race at Newcastle.
Conor McGregor NZ starts in Race 1 at 6:22pm AU time (NZ approx. 8:22pm) will be driven by Joshua Gallagher.
TAB (abridged) Race Comments: CONOR MCGREGOR NZ (7) Last start 5th (Sr2) over 2030m at this track in NR up to 55 on January 16. Two runs back won by 5 m when quickly away, (Fr1) at this track in NR up to 52 on December 21. Not keen on his chances in this field.
Peter Forsberg NZ starts in Race 2 at 6:52pm AU time (NZ approx. 8:52pm) and will be driven by Tyler Miles (C,5)

TAB (abridged) Race Comments: Backing up quickly after being well beaten this track over 1609m, 4 days ago. Before that 5th (40m Fr2) over 2300m at this track, beaten in NR up to 74 on January 21. Unlikely to threaten in this tougher assignment.

🔷𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌 𝐀𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐘🔷 today the team has My Lightning McQueen NZ, starting for trainer and driver Sofia Arvidsson at Tabcorp Pk Menangle, wearing the #5 in Race 2 at 2:38pm AU time (NZ approx. 4:38pm), over her favourite mile distance.
TAB (abridged) Race Comments: MY LIGHTNING MCQUEEN (5) kicked off her campaign with back-to-back wins at this circuit and has been solid in tougher company since, last time coming from a 40m handicap and locking wheels when fifth. She'll relish coming back to the mile as she is unbeaten at the distance and finds a more winnable assignment.

TAB (abridged) Race Comments: Failed to impress last start, but showed ability the run before when he posted a big 5 m win when quickly away at this track. Drawn favourably and worth another chance.
