Stacey's dog salon is set up to give your pets an enjoyable complete stress free grooms. We keep the number of dog on site, this allows for one on one attention for your dog to get the pampering they deserve and keeps the space calm and relaxed. I am a qualified veterinary nurse I have completed training courses for dog grooming and have alot of hours of experience in a grooming salons. We are open on Saturdays and have a long lists of services we offer.

REACTIVE DOG POST
I would like to make a post about reactive dogs to help people understand what to do when you come across these dogs.

I myself have a reactive dog when he is out on walks. Absolutely fine with dogs at home or at kennels.

First thing please don't be offended if we ask you to put your dog on a lead or to recall your dog, it is for the saftey of both dogs. It doesn't matter how friendly your dog is our dog will not be happy about being approached.

Second please give us as much space as possible to go around you and your dog. Distance is key of us to teach our dogs it's safe to see other dogs and not have to interact them.

Third is please keep moving. If you and your dog stop and stear at a reactive dog it causes stress for both dogs.

Lastly most owner with reactive dogs are working very hard to train their dogs it is not easy so please help them out and follow any instructions they may give you. We are all just trying to exercise our dogs saftey.
