DAYCARE will be strictly limited from tomorrow - we are getting multiple families large dogs from Hawkes Bay that have lost everything arriving shortly so if you have not booked you may be turned away. Please note there is no end date to this request for compassion.

Zak groomed (cavoodle) and I’m always happy when I pick him up! They even let me know what shampoo they use - fantastic.

Our dogs first visit and it was great to see them so happy and chilled (well, as chilled as a jack Russell can be) and smelling lovely from their bath when we collected them. Thank you!

Our labradoodle had a great stay. He loves it at the kennels and tries to run back in when we go to collect him! Great place with lovely, caring staff.

Boo had a great stay, he was very tired after playing with other dogs for 2 whole days. The team took extra special care of him and as his owners we will revisit this kennel and recommend it to others.

Our huntaway did several days at doggy daycare and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very keen to go in, in the morning, no hesitation at all. I am happy to endorse & will use in the future.

My greyhound Guapo really enjoys Kapiti kennels because he can run and play the day away when there. He comes home tired out, which is great as I know he’s had a great time.

My dog recently had his first overnight at Kapiti Kennels. Whilst he has done some day visits we could see he was a happy and healthy boy when we picked him up. They provide good quality food and was happy to take my feeding instructions. I will use Kapiti kennels again!

Weekdays: 7.15am-10am admissions and collections
Weekends: 8am-10am admissions and collections

* Open in the evenings 4:30-6pm for doggie daycare collections and late boarding dog collections note boarders picked up in the evenings are charged for that day.*

*VACCINATIONS, worming and flea treatment must be up to date on admission - mandatory 5 day stand down after vaccination. *

Thanks again for the good care that Dexter always gets when he’s at the kennels. He also seems happy & relaxed when we collect him. Thanks also for giving Dexter a bath , when he has had a longer stays

Thanks so much to Caroline and her crew for looking after our large bouncy shinny panther Storm - for a long 10 week stay! He came home happy and healthy and we could tell he'd had lots of fun and tlc.

We are fully booked from 22 December 2022 to 15th January 2023. Dayboard will close from 16th December 2022 to end of January 2023. Grooming finishes 22nd December until end of January – we are taking February appointments now.

YAH We have POWER.
Dear customers we still have no power as of 3pm Monday 13th June - please do not bring in your dogs for dayboard unless it is absolutely necessary as we cannot clean efficiently without power. Nikau and Reikorangi consumers are all affected so we just have to be patient. Our big freezers.....hopefully they stay frozen. Keep safe everyone.
