We were lucky enough to get a visit from this little girl called Raumee last week. Her owner Donna came in to register her. Raumee was rescued after she was run over by a car and became paralysed from her back legs down. That doesn't stop her from living life though- follow her journey at Raumee's Rescue Tips. If you own a dog in the district, their registration is due by next Tuesday 1 August. Come into the MDC offices like Raumee did or fill out a form online. PLEASE NOTE: If you are wanting to come in and register your dog tomorrow, Thursday 27 July, you will need to go to the Feilding Public Library to do so. All staff will be offsite for a training day but will be available to process registrations in the Library from 9am-5pm.

Greetings and woof woof arghooowwl , to the user's and supporters of TOSCAZ.

Putting it out there and asking that if you or anyone you know or work with has lifted carpet or is part of a carpet business, TOSCAZ uses it for paths. I'm asking as getting it out here is an issue for me. Yes, I have been to business in palmy and raided their bins, but I don't go back as , I just don't. What I would like is to build a working relationship where they are willing to drop it off out here for me. Instead iof stone/ concrete pathways I use carpet so Raumee has the same access to area's as my able dogs. If you can help just let whomever know and I will willingly accept this gift.

Saw some dog re'-usable nappies today thought to myself 'awesome ' had a look at the price tag , thought to myself ' not awesome ' .Looked at the inners for the Re-useable dog nappies .
Raumee has been using disposable nappies, with the re-useable nappies designed for human children since her rescue in 2016, at a cost of $20/ disposable nappies weekly and I bought about 6 human Re-useable and was gifted 2 a few years ago, the ones from the supermarket are around $15/ item .
For a dog the reusable nappies are $99.99/ nappy & $25/inner..blew my mind.

I think I have done it Stephanie . I am proud to present a video of 'What TOSCAZ ' is . It is an area for Dogs to Dog, a concept which can be quite hard to understand. Here is a piece of land open for excercise for DOGS, not designed for Humans , but land that is sensory enriched and just for owner and dog/s . I run eight not all at the same time, but they live here, and everytime it is like they have never been on TOSCAZ. There is a fee , but please enjoy the cinemantography....Blessings... Donna Owner.
