CLOSED until Tuesday next week sorry!
I Had an incident yesterday with a horses hoof... Horse 1, me 0!
Yesterday I looked like Frankensteins with my forehead and eyebrow severely swollen.. the pic does no justice to how bad it really looked.
This morning a lot of swelling gone but bruising coming out... Black eye, blue leg, green hand and arm... I heel fast 💪
Be back teaching Tuesday 💪

And today's adventures to the forest with Kerry and Ceiran. Their first trek! Dan surprised Kerry with how fast his walk was 😂 hector and Friday had to trot to keep up at points 😂

I love getting updates from previous students I've had over the years. This one is special.. Charlize was an amazing student and rider, always gave 1000% even when it was a challenging pony or ride. Never complained, never gave up, always had a smile from beginning to end of each ride. They moved to Australia 18 months ago and she has continued with her passion for riding and has sent me videos all along the way of her lessons, rides, new challenges and now competitions. Her horse she bought there is called Bee 🐝 like me 🤣 and this pony Pip is her newest addition. Keep aiming high girly, very proud of you and your achievements 🤩

Today is a sad day.. Monty Moo who we retired about 6months ago due to his Cushing's disease making his life a bit difficult, has been living his life happily at home on the back lawn with his old lady Dolly.
This morning Monty Moo has been showing us it is his time to lay down and have a well earned sleep.
He will be running around and bossing everyone around up in the rainbows in no time. Run free Mr Moo. We will miss you 💙

After nearly 4 years of wanting to get my arena resurfaced and suffering heart attacks from the horrendous pricing I was.being given to do it, we took the bulls by the horns and did it ourself. Wonderful husband Daniel on digger prepping arena, the awesome guy Adam from N & J Wood haulage delivering and spreading sand perfectly to minimise our workload and ourselves for finishing off the side fills and smoothing out done! All for a pretty small penny in comparison to company quotes 😅
