Y Ranch Eclectic Equine is an equine facility based on Heyward Point, Dunedin. We are a small family business offering a range of services including horsemanship teaching, c**t starting, custom made rope/paracord gear and barefoot trimming. Our horsemanship services are focused on establishing a sound foundation, developing relaxed and confident horses and ponies. We offer lessons both on and off

site and, when time permits, we start youngsters under saddle. Our paracord braided equipment is made from top quality USA manufactured paracord using only stainless steel or brass hardware. We make all our halters/leads from high quality equine rope that is soft yet extremely durable. Our product range includes, but is not limited to, reins, mecates, bosals/hackamores, quirts and dog leads, with a huge colour selection available. We also provide barefoot trimming services, using up to date and internationally recognised methods.

The beautiful Breeze came and spent some time with us recently 🥰 While she was here we established her groundwork and helped her feel more confident with floating.
