To my valued customers ✨ This notice is to advise of a couple of changes happening as of 01 February 2024. After much deliberation, I have deemed it necessary to adjust my rates to keep pace with my increasing operating costs. While I understand trying to keep my costs down, this was a tough decision to make, and I understand how it affects you but to keep this business viable this increase is necessary. Therefore, prices will be increasing $5 per dog. As I am aware the excitement of my dogs has caused some issues when dropping off and picking up. I will be moving to a fixed drop off at 9am and 12:15pm and pickups at 11:45am and 2:30pm. This will allow streamlining of mine and your day. Fixed times means I can have my dogs shut up leading to a calmer drop off and pickups. Maisey’s visit for her fullgroom

Here’s a makeover I done yesterday on the beautiful Waru the bichon, Shout out to Anne at Dixie's Dog Spa for giving me full creative freedom to learn and grow 🙌🌟 it means a lot!! The reason behind this makeover is to practise for grooming competitions that are coming up in November, there is a very special class this year for Asain fusion grooming - it’s not very common in New Zealand yet, but I’m obsessed! it’s basically making dogs look as cute as possible like little Teddy bears, ( keep following me And no doubt you’ll see more 😉) So that explains the hair cut… now the colour 🤪 I get mixed responses from people who see my dogs with colour, most are good but some people arnt, I only got into colour to use it on my own dogs not as something I can sell in my salon. However I’m getting more and more clients ask for it, when people are coming in to drop their dogs off and see mine with colour they want it on their dogs. So that’s cool! I love it! It’s fun and if done on the right dogs can bring them a lot more pats and attention and love ❤️ personally I love it and think my dogs look extremly gorgeous with it. I took my little dog into my kids daycare with a fresh colour and my gosh the kids went nuts for her!! (I knew they would and I knew mj could handle it she loves kids) Even kids who had a big fear for dogs started to come over and want to pat her! 🥰 🌟 The colours I use are designed for dogs, they are non toxic and very safe, 🌟 colour will only ever be used on dogs who like extra attention and are very social 🌟 colour will only be used if your dog is comfortable with the grooming process 🌟 no dogs are made to stand for hours for colour! It’s very fast it’s only extra time while I paint it on, then I carry on with the groom as usual 🌟 dogs don’t care what they look like, if you put them in front of a mirror they will think there’s another dog and loose interest once they realise there’s no s
