We did a thing 🍄🍄
Delicious oyster mushroom jerky made from native Phoenix oyster mushrooms grown here at our farm in Queenstown. Each batch has been hand-picked, marinated with native New Zealand herbs and spices, and then dehydrated to produce an amazing plant based jerky.
