This absolutely adorable lad is looking for his happily ever after. While he enjoys a good play and snuggle he is equally happy to entertain himself. His weakness is anything tied to some string and snacks. Lecter is litter trained, desexed, microchipped and up to date with flea + worm but he is not vaccinated.

UPDATE: Enzo is home safe with his mum and dad 🥰🥰🥰

As a rescue and local crazy cat lady, people will often see me out n about; walking stretches of road, climbing through shrub or darting around busy roads. I just want to say a HUGE shout out to the Mamaku community, I spent over an hour trudging Dansey road calling and shaking biscuits after a sighting, and I have NEVER had soooo many people stop to ask if I was ok, or needed any assistance, you guys rock.

Unfortunately I was unable to locate the kitty again after my initial sighting, but I did leave some biscuits incase he came back hungry...

Just cause it works for some doesn't mean it works for all.
These adorable babies came to us petrified of everything and everyone, while our amazing foster has been working hard with them, their progress had stalled, fast forward to Sunday we decided to try a different approach and BOOM progress again, huge progress.
Little wins like this make my heart full 🥰

Salmon, now Winston settled straight in to his new home.
While I love all our babies getting homes, these older cats, who have lived rough have a special spot in my heart.

When I saw this post, I couldn't just ignore it, so after a bit of miscommunication I drove out to Mamaku to collect this poor baby. With a bit of team work from one of the beautiful SPCA inspectors we were able to get this girl to Vetplus. Sadly the kindest thing to do was to help her over the rainbow bridge, no more pain 🌈...
Thanks to Rotorua Rail Cruising , SPCA and Vetplus, team work really does make a difference for kitties like this.
