Thank you all for your messages of concern and offers to help today.

Yes that was us in the horrible crash this morning.
Thankfully no person was injured, but understandably very shaken.

There were four horses on board. 3 of the horses sustained injuries.
The amazing firefighters, staff down here and superstar vet handled the situation with efficiency and the best that they possibly could.
We are very thankful to our first responders.

All horses have and will continue to receive the best possible treatment they can and will recover in time.

But please people! Slow the heck down & those split decisions can be life changing. Rushing gets you no where. ❤️

It was a stunning morning Riccarton Park Racecourse today.

Our team of runners for the meeting there on Saturday were having their final gallop.

Ruakaka Racing - Whangarei RC

Good day out at Timaru for our team!

We always love seeing the old boy do well.

We are back racing at Ruakaka today.

The locals love racing at their home track!
We are heading into what will be another good winter of racing at Ruakaka.

We start the day with a trial before the 1st race, where we have Leitrim Lad for Eammon Green resuming as well our nice 2yo filly Super Rosa. Also Dan Vegas first up.

Races:
R4 - Dancing Dream
R5 - Bealey Valley
R6 - Patsy Spirit ( Eammon Green )

The Southern team are trialling four at Riccarton today as well & look forward to Racing at Ashburton tomorrow with a team of three.

We finished off our coast circuit ( holiday ) with a win in the Reefton Cup.
Ridden by Corey, Follow Your Dreams made it back into the winners circle.
The Buffer, The Roaring Tiger & Berbizier also took out the minor prizes.

Patsy Lass won R2 for Team Green, Ridden a treat by Danika Wilson.
We hope you are celebrating in style for your 60th over there on the GC Eammon!

All in all another top trip - thanks to the good hospitality and friends on the Coast!

Progressive filly Tide & time winning today at Ruakaka.

With a lot of improvement left in her we look forward to seeing her race more over the coming months.

It was great to see Illicit Dreams back in form.
Winning at Greymouth on the 3rd of January, with stable apprentice Danika Wilson on board.

It was a great ride by Danika and a lovely fresh up win by the filly.

Congratulations to the connections. We look forward to seeing her step out again soon.
