Good day fish family, we have worked out a couple kinks and will continue to supply happy healthy fish to our community. This just means a bit of altered opening hours. We are still available by appointment but will be open 10am till 4pm every second weekend. Times will be posted to Facebook as per usual. We might just have to be open one day on a weekend to allow shipments to settle in certain instances. We have never knowingly sold sick fish and want to be known as the go to for worry free fish purchases. We want to ensure that you can take your fish buddy home and place them in your aquarium without any risk and this can only be guaranteed with our observations, deworming and time in isolation. We have a wealth of knowledge to share and still have big dreams for the future. Thank you for all the support we have received 🙏 we are going to strive for quality over quantity. We will make sure the website is up-to-date and click and collect can always be arranged during the week.

Good afternoon all our fishy friends! Hope everyone is having a splashing week. We just wanted to give a quick update from our side. We will be open Saturdays and Sundays from 10am till 4pm, we will do a post incase we are not open.
Unfortunately we won't be able to be open during the week anymore as both of us are working full time. There will be days where one of us will be available from 3:30pm if you do wish to come during the week. We ask that you please message or email us if you would like to come after work, we don't mind if you do. We know everyone has busy schedules and can only come certain times so we are flexible outside of work hours.

Shipping will take place on Wednesdays unless communicated otherwise. We have a lot of orders going out tomorrow, please keep an eye on your email (sometimes it goes into the spam/junk folder) for your tracking details.

We normally received new stock on a Tuesday, this will now happen on a Thursday and loaded onto the website by Friday evening (reason for the day delay as we always do a deworm treatment and ensure the fish are healthy and eating before we put them on). I will also try and do a video on a Friday to show you all we have.

Thank you so much for all your support so far, we are excited for the journey ahead.
