Long time no post! Thanks to everyone who has made the last few months busy for us, with old faces and new! Here is some important information for the upcoming months :)
- From now on, we will require payment from FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS upfront. This can be made by cash or direct deposit (we will send you an invoice). After the first visit and if you've been here before, nothing will change I will continue to invoice you after you pick your cats up.
- Due to a rise in operational costs, the price per night will increase to $20 for one cat, $38 for two on the 1st of June 2025. If you book before June, your stay and any currently booked stays will remain at the current price. So if you have any upcoming trips, please think about booking before the 1st of June!
- My annual leave this year will be between the 1st and 23rd of September 2025. I choose this time as it is by far our quietest, so as to inconvenience as few people as possible. During this time the cattery will be completely closed for a break and any maintenance work that needs done.
