Waikato Boarding Kennels and Cattery is a family owned business operating in Taupiri, less than 1 minute from the expressway.

We are situated on over 12 hectares of rural property meaning your pet is provided with plenty of space whilst in our care.

☀️Summer Fun Alert! Time to Get Your Pet Prepared! ☀️

Hey pet parents!

Summer is officially on its way, and you know what that means: road trips, holidays, and spontaneous adventures! 🚙🏕️ 🏖️
Don't let holiday stress spoil the fun. Now is the purrrfect time to secure your best friend's spot with us!

We're filling up fast for January and February, and we absolutely need to complete a trial visit before we can take any bookings for your dog or longer cat bookings, especially those last-minute ones.

If you wait until December or the New Year, we simply may not have the time or space to get the trial and subsequent visits completed (if required for your pet depending on their needs) before you require it.

We also have the most amazing canine park Waikato Canine Adventure Park! Whether you want to break up your dogs kennel visit and give them a change of scenery on a longer boarding stay or if you want to book it privately ~ its the ultimate doggy escape.

To set your pet up for a successful stay:

* Dogs: We strongly recommend a trial plus at least 1–3 extra visits before an extended booking. This helps them get comfortable, meet the staff, and see our place as a fun second home!
* Cats: At least one visit is purr-ferred!

Don't leave it too late and book your pet’s trial visit now so they're ready for any summer plan you throw their way!
