Another apology for being super useless with emails and accounts.

Over the past 10 days Archer, our 4 year old has been in tremendous pain which resulted in urgent surgery on Saturday morning. Seeing your child in that much pain is just heartbreaking.

He is doing better now and getting plenty of snuggles from his Ruby dog. After just catching up on admin tasks and emails from Hunters surgery 3ish weeks ago? we are now very behind again. Anything that isnt priority has just had just wait sorry as my babies have needed me through their healing.

Once again thanks to mum (Ann), Gary, Terri, Emma and Sara for keeping everything ticking along nicely with the beautiful and happy pets we have in at the moment.

Thanks also to everyones well wishes, help and support.

We will see everyone this week as usual πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«πŸ™ƒ

We are really excited to announce a collaboration with The Pet Food Pantry to bring you our first Xmas Pet Food Drive! πŸŽ‰

Today marked the day of installation of our "Paw Pantry."

The Pet Food Pantry has been operating for coming up 6 years, the last 3 in the Waikato. Chloe works tirelessly to provide primarily food, but toys, beds, and blankets to pets, owners, and rescue organisations who are doing it tough!

HOW IT WILL WORK:
From now until the 20th of December, during your booking, you can drop off food canned or kibble (NO raw meat, please) or good quality bedding and toys to the onsite Paw PantryπŸ™πŸΆ

Alternatively, anyone can drop off at our Kennels facility office during our opening hours.

MON-FRI 7.30am-9am 4pm- 5.30pm
SAT 10am-11am
SUN 3pm-4pm

The last day for drop off to Paw Pantry will be the 20th of December. This will give us time to get everything together ready for The Pet Food Pantrys Xmas drop-off run on the 23rd/24th.

We would love for our awesome Adventure Park, Kennels, and K9 School community to jump on board with this initiative and help give back ❀️

On Sunday afternoon our wee bubba injured his finger and had to have surgery on Tuesday. This means we are super behind on admin and emails. Not to mention sleep deprived so please excuse my οΏΌ uselessness!

Its quiet typical for us to have a mass influx of emails to respond to after holiday weekends. People tend to sit down to plan their next trip away especially as summer nears however little Mr Hunter didnt help by adding to the chaos!

Thank you so much to all of our clients for being so understanding this far and those that have made offers to help and checked in on him and us. We are so lucky to have you all.

We again apologise for the delay in responses, we are just trying to stay afloat this week and get through πŸ™ƒ

NOTICE

*CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS*

Firstly, a HUGE thank you to those who have paid for their booking or have been in contact with us. This notice does not apply to you.

Over the past four weeks we have sent out our Christmas invoices along with the instruction to respond to the email so that we know you have received it.

This is our way of ensuring that you have checked the booked dates on the invoice and that the booking is also still required. We do this to avoid last-minute cancellations from between now and the 20th that we then have very limited time to deal with.

So far we have only heard back from approximately 6 of you out of around 30 people.

PLEASE email us today by the end of the day if you havent recieved your invoice or if you have recieved it and havent replied yet.

A quick "YES" recieved, saves me hours of unnecessary time on admin - I would much rather be spending time with the dogs and cats 🀣

This notice also serves as a reminder that the payment is due on the 20th otherwise the bookings are cancelled and offered to others waiting.οΏΌ

Because of the muck around this has caused us for the past two years we will now be enforcing a compulsory deposit at the time of securing your Christmas space.

If you are needing to secure your space for Christmas 2025 please get in touch.

This is the last chance before I start offering the space to those waiting. I need to know approximate dates and please remember our hours do change over this time - See below Closed 25th - 2nd Jan Our last day open for dropping pets off will be the 24th December 10-11am. 🐰The Easter Bunny is nearly here!🐰 We have limited space left over the long weekend and the rest of April so if you are looking at heading away email us to secure a spot.
