I made these cute Blueberry Chia Cups with a seed and cacao base, a filling of Chia seeds, coconut yoghurt, and blueberries and a raw chocolate top. This was for a very special and wise woman on her birthday. Hope I cracked the code lol!

I love creating these beautiful Raw Vegan cakes. This one has a base of almond and coconut and the filling is a combination of Cashews, coconut oil and brown rice syrup, and Vanilla. The topping is Plums blended with a little coconut nectar and Chia seeds.
