Shadow is our Dog of the Week ❤️

Shadow is a 9 month-old Mini Labradoodle, who started with us at the beginning of this year.

His best friend of all time is Penny, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel x Papillon. She’s tiny but mighty - just like Shadow. A match made in heaven we say 🤭

Shadow is also one of the first faces through our door in the mornings. He loves to get here bright & early, make the most of his day 🌪️

Looks like we’re in for a long, HOT one!

Over the weekend I spotted a gorgeous choccy lab living his best life on the back of a ute — ears flapping, tongue out, pure joy.
…Until traffic hit. Suddenly we were all stuck, the sun was blazing, and the poor lad had zero shade. His happy grin turned into frantic panting pretty quickly — and you just know his owners never intended that.

So here’s a friendly reminder:
💚 If you’re feeling the heat,
💚 Check in on your pup, too.

A quick shade check or cool-down break can make all the difference for our furry mates this sizzling summer!

Christmas tip for all Pawrents!
With the festive season upon us, we’re all out and about more with our pups… and of course, local vets close on public holidays.
So here’s a little reminder that could truly save you stress one day:

✨ Do you know where the Afterhours Vet is? ✨

I’ve had to make an unexpected trip after hours, and wow… driving alone with a panicked pup, AND not knowing exactly where I was going?
Zero/10. Do not recommend. 😅

So this Christmas, give yourself the gift of peace of mind:
🎄 Next time you’re cruising through Greerton, swing past and familiarise yourself with the Afterhours Vet location.

Today we welcomed ‘New Kids’ Lulu & Minnie 🫶🏼

Lulu came in full-speed and couldn’t wait to play with everyone.
Minnie came in a bit more calm, and took her time to introduce herself to everyone.
