Highlight of the week:
• Just being able to be at home 🥰 it’s such a doggo heaven and I love knowing I don’t have to worry about dogs escaping, other people and their dogs - and there’s shelter for the dogs and myself, whether that’s sun or rain!

Lowlights of the week:
• Wet and wild weather today, it’s hard when it’s cold and you just want to be inside - but I know the dogs still love getting soggy and grubby with their mates! 👯‍♀️

Pupil of the week:
• Kaiser - but for being Lauren’s pupil. I love that I’ve made the decision to have them socialise with someone else two days a week. And he’s learning how to communicate with new dogs without me around, starting to play and growing in confidence 🥹 thank you ###

Hi - my names Bear and I’m the newest chocolate baby to join the gang! 🐻

When I first met Dani I was super nervous, but it only took about 30 seconds in the van and her chatting away to me to make me launch over and try give her ALL the kisses while she was driving 😘

As soon as I met the other big bears and Pai who’s a baby like me, I knew I was going to have the best time - I spent my day zooming 100 miles an hour and splashing in every mud puddle in sight 💩

Bear was such a confident wee nugget once he was around his pack mates! I love seeing them thrive with the right mates and in the right environment 🥰

Hi - I’m Bentley and there aren’t many photos of me clean from my first outing today, because as soon as I had the chance I dove head first into a mud puddle 💩😅

I got on well with every single member of the gang today! I love that they also love swimming and carrying trees three times our size 🥰

Bentley was an awesome addition to todays outing - he is such a happy dude and a pleasure to be around, safe to say that we all loved hanging with him!

Hi - we are Louie and Coco and we are Double Trouble! 👯‍♀️

We are pretty close and have become so used to hanging out with just each other, that we can find it a bit harder than some of the others to make friends. But we are going to start coming on seperate days so we can get a bit more independent and social 🥰

Seeing these two want to mingle and make friends with others, but then fall back on being Velcro to each other has made me put them on seperate days - so we can bring them out of their shells more! 🎊

I’m very excited to see how this impacts them and to watch them flourish 🤍

Hi - I’m Maggie and I’m Teddys Baby sister 👶

Today was my first day so Teddy joined me to show me the ropes - but after a few cuddles from Dani and meeting some of the gang I was away zooming 🏃‍♀️

I adored Milo the Beagle and also Barley - who lives just around the corner from us 🏡 everyone was super welcoming!

Maggie was such a confident little nugget and barely hung out with her big brother once she made a few new friends, I’m excited to watch this little girl grow up 🥰 Her brother (and his Mum) have become a very special part of my DM journey and I’m so honoured they all trust me with their new precious baby!

Highlight of the week:
• Adding 4 new babies to the gang.
• Celebrating Zorro’s 5th Birthday today!
• 5 New babies joining next week and some more the following week.
• Having two staff members come on board over the next few weeks 🙏

Lowlights of the week:
• Losing my hand raised baby chickens to someone’s cat. 🥹

Pupil of the week:
• Not only because it’s his birthday but he’s starting to swim!! 🥹 Zorro never used to even like getting his feet wet but I love that this community is helping his confidence grow!

Most improved pupils this week:
• Sachi, Tilly and Roam. Recall is on point and their confidence levels are growing and it’s showing 🥰

Hi - My names Paikea and I get away with murder because of these big innocent eyes 🥹

I was pretty nervous when we went out today, but I’m just a baby and this was all new to me! After a few laps on lead and all the other doggos being super welcoming I really came out of my shell and let my freak flag fly (and my ears and tongue too) 😜

Pai was such a brave wee nugget to join the gang today and she did so well! I’m also super proud of all the Aunties and Uncles in the gang who did their best to make her feel comfortable and safe 🥰

Excited to watch this gorgeous girl grow up and be part of her journey!

Hi - I’m Holly and I’m yet another pretty gal to join the DM gang 🤍

I spent my day playing with everybody and everything in sight! I loved how many toys were spread around the paddocks and kept finding them in the long grass and taking them to my new friends to play with! 🎾

I also loved that there were some tasty treats in there too 🥩

Holly had a PERFECT first day. She responded well to me and every single member in the gang, she was playful and confident and engaged - just what we want to see 🥰

Hi - My names Frank and I’m a young buck who’s just here to have a good time 🥳

When Dani showed up to get me, Mum told her I don’t like swimming. Well boy was she wrong, I not only LOVE swimming but I love torpedoing myself into the water and doing Manu bombs 😅

When I wasn’t being a part time seal, I was wrestling with my new best pal Poi 🤝

Frank slotted in super well with these mermaids and I loved to see him follow them straight away and get into the water! I usually expect most newbies/young ones to take a few visits before their recall improves and their relationship with me grows, but if todays anything to go by then Frank will fit in just fine with any gang we have 🥰

Hi - my names Luna and I picked the perfect day to start today as there were other Collies and Aussie Sheps today who had the same energy level as me 🏃‍♀️

My new best friend is Ziggy, he’s also a young buck just like me so we spent heaps of time racing around 🌪️

I’m excited to spend more time with Dani and get used to her being the pack leader on our outings - and also meet some new friends on Wednesday! 👯‍♀️

Luna did well to get straight in the van today and got on well with everyone! A confident social butterfly 🦋
Some dogs take a few visits to pick up on the commands that I use when I’m out with the packs - so I’m excited to watch Luna grow and make more friends ☺️

Highlight of the week:
• Our anniversary/day off to reflect and celebrate our love, life and hard work 🥰
• Milo and Sadie are back after a break!
• Some new dogs are joining next week from the waitlist!
• Appreciating the home set up and the Resource Consent Feasibility plan is back and in progress!
• Doug getting confident swimming
• Mixed gangs with shorter week and everyone got along swimmingly 😉😅
• Again, my owners. I’m so bloody lucky and spoilt and love that it feels like we are building a proper DM family!

Lowlights of the week:
• Same as most weeks - Poop and Vomit in the van. When I upgrade to the mini bus for the daycare this car will definitely be getting used in a demolition derby 😅

Pupil of the week:
• Dougie, Doogle, Thuglas, The Snag, Chocolate Log. He’s come a long way since he started as my snag scarf and now he even swims! I’m so proud of him 🥹

Hi - I’m Vader and I’m the new strongest seal in the gang 🦭💪

When I wasn’t bowling around with my new bestie Cairo, or flirting with my new girlfriend Sadie - I was trying to carry entire trees to Dani and asking her to play fetch with me 😅

I also lived up to the seal name and any puddle, mud bath or pond - I dove in there like a torpedo 💦

Vader and my boys have hung out a few times and always play really well together, so I knew he would fit in perfectly! I - I love watching him just smile his entire outing, his enthusiasm is unmatched 🙏

It’s a pleasure to have him on board with his other fellow seals!

Hi - I’m Cairo aka Pumba and I’m the most compact Staffy you will ever see in your life 🦭

I have the cutest run in the world which is more like a trot crossed with a miniature attempt at flying ✈️

I had the biggest smile on my face all day because I was just happy to be invited and meet some new seal friends 🤝 Vader is my new bestie - we hit it off straight away!

Cairo is a seriously cute little loaf who just went full tit chasing his new friends until I had to carry him back to the paddy waggin. I’m obsessed with his little gallop run as well 🥹

I already can’t wait to hang out with him again next Thursday 🤍

Highlight of the week:
• More new faces! - And some more booked in next week and the following week already 🥰
• I have a manager starting next week to help with some of the admin so I can stay front facing with my owners and hands on with all my babies 🐶
• Hearing stories from the owners that their dogs know my name, know what day I’m meant to be picking them up and sit there waiting for my van 🥹

Lowlights of the week:
• Sunburn! 😅 I need to remember that I am infact a red head and not inside at a corporate role anymore.

Pupil of the week:
• Poto! Her first few visits she was grumpy with everyone, she wouldn’t engage, she wanted to be carried everywhere. And now she’s like byyyye Aunty I’m off with my 5 boyfriends and oh yeah, now I also swim ✌️

Every week my owners amaze me with their kind words, support and just all round good yarns when we catch up! I love the time that I do have to engage with you all and we can work together to make sure your babies get what you need 💜

Im pumped to get a manager to help with some of the work load so I can keep all the personal relationships I have and also not burn out, since there isn’t a back up option.

I’ll now be taking a waitlist for dogs for 2025.

Now that there’s a waitlist, the simple guidelines I’ve been asking for will be non negotiable. This is also to make sure the days run to time and also to prevent burn out - thanks again to all the owners who have been super understanding and supportive 🙏

Hi - I’m Tehya and I’m the newest smiliest seal to join the gang 🦭

I’m just a young buck but my recall is impeccable and I listened to Dani immediately once I worked out what was in her secret pockets 🤤

My best friend Sadie is already a gang member so it was super fun to play with her again - and make a new best friend Abbi, who kept twerking her big butt on me and doing zoomies with me! 🌪️

I am honestly blown away by this clever baby, first outing and for her age she was perfect! 🥹 she can definitely come back and hang anytime!

Also from next week there are a few more Staffies joining that will have their own seal gang outings 🦭😍

Little League, Big adventures 🤍 Wednesdays is my biggest gang I have at one time (9) but all of them are so well behaved it makes our outings feel like a walk in the park 😉
