We do not transport domestic pets in a TRAILER (cats, puppies, kittens, birds, rabbits, mice, rats etc.) these pets are transported on our coachline bus for ultimate comfort AND why we only use brand new blankets & bedding each run:
1) Because these small pets mentioned above are small domestics pets, they need a lot of extra care during transport, and we believe you cannot provide this extra care if they are being transported in a trailer. Also by transporting them inside a trailer, you have no idea what is happening in the trailer and how a pet is travelling and its stress levels. We only transport these pets via couchline bus which enables us to give the best care possible to your pet.
2) All bedding on board is NEW, we do not wash and reuse bedding. This means there is no risk at all of disease transfer.
3) Our bus & trailer is fully emptied and sanitized twice. Once with a commercial steam cleaner using heat and the second time with vet approved products Vetsan, Kennelsan RTU & Parvocide 99. We do not have carpet on the floor or on the walls of our bus where pets are housed. This is all covered with a hard washable surface. It takes us 3 full days to clean our fleet inside and out!
4) Our trailer is reserved only for working dogs, and small livestock including poultry. And some adult family dogs if our bus is fully booked and permission is given by our customer.
5) Our puppy crates have grating; this is so your puppy does not have to sit in its urine or pooβs during transport. During the run each crate and grating fully sterilized once a pet is removed from them ready for the next pet.
6) Each crate also has puppy pads, and these are changed every few hours unless needed prior. We change litter pads immediately, as we are on board with the pets and know immediately when a litter pad need changing, unlike trailer transport.
7) Our crates on board the bus have wall dividers (removable). We choose this setup so we can make 1 puppy crate larger by re
