Hi everyone I'm back this week, came down with covid so have been rotten. It's good to be back although I'm still having to take it quietly for the next couple of days while I get my strength back. Also some of you may not know but I'm a fitness training and I work with people who want to regain some fitness and strength. I can do weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions and these are all done outside or in your home, no gym involved. Contact me if you would like to know more.
