On Cyber Monday, our computer had a little… meltdown.
The bad news: the system crashed.

Our system quietly checks this every night at midnight.
You’ll qualify if:

👉 Your account has no outstanding invoices, and
👉 You’ve spent over $100 with us in the last 12 months.

No codes, no coupons, no awkward asking at the desk –
if you’re eligible, the discount is automatically applied to your consult.

Can I become eligible?

In many cases, yes:

🟢 If you pay off any outstanding balance and today’s visit in full,
🟢 And that brings your last-12-months spend over $100,

…then after the overnight update, you may receive the discount on your next visit (any time up to 28 Feb 2026), as long as you still meet the rules.
