Just a friendly reminder to get your bookings in and confirmed, for the Xmas break.
Cats need collars, for your safety, vaccinations up to date, prepay before drop off, or when dropping off, remember we don’t have Eftpos.
Bookings can be made through our page also. Look forward to hearing from you :)

Xmas updates:

Grooming will close from 22 December to January 2nd 2024, except for those in kennels, who will be groomed before going home as usual.

Kennel and cattery will continue as normal, no pickup and drop off on Xmas day.
From months of December and January, payment must be made before drop off, or when dropping off.

Good Afternoon Everyone

As of last week, I have updated my prices.

Price per animal per day:

Cats: $15.00
Small, Medium and Large Dogs $35.00
Extra Large Dogs (45 kg and up) $45.00

All Cats and Dogs:

MUST be vaccinated plus Kennel Cough, due to house sharing
All Dogs have good quality inside rooms and outside run
All animals fed premium quality food twice a day and special dietary needs are supported. Please supply food if you have special dietary needs
Dogs have access to secured outside run 3 times daily

Grooming:

Standard Groom:
Depending on size and condition of dog
Includes:
Shampoo, Dry, Nails, Ears and Cut

Standard Bath:
Depending on size and condition of dog
Includes:
Shampoo, Dry, Ears, Nails and Trim (Short Hair)

Payment Methods: Cash or online banking. Sorry no Eftpos or Credit Cards.

Online banking must be paid, and processed before pickup.
No refunds, if picking up earlier than completed booked time, booking spaces are limited.

Opening Hours:
Open 7 Days 7:45 am - 6.00pm

Pick up and drop off times:

Morning 7:45 am - before 10:30am, Afternoon 3:00pm - 6:00pm

If needing to pick up between these times, must have prior arrangement
No pick ups or drop offs on Christmas Day
