Some shots of the garden looking lovely. It’s been so wet lately that even getting out to mow the lawn’s has been hard- I must confess to getting my lawnmower stuck and Lincoln having to rescue me 🤣 oops. But it’s all looking lovely here and I looking forward to some improved weather.

Well the light is well and truly fixed and is shining brighter than ever.

It reminds me of Psalm 119:105 – "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” A gentle reminder that God’s word guides us through life's uncertainties, offering clarity and direction when we are unsure which way to go.

"🌿🎬 We were so proud to host Winton School and their hardworking students for filming here at The Abbey!

It was inspiring to see the dedication these kids put into the project, with the incredible support of their principal, Steve Wadsworth. A huge shoutout to all the volunteers who gave their time and energy to make it happen – your effort truly brought this film to life and we loved seeing what you turned The Abbey into. We’re honored to have been part of this amazing journey.

Amongst the terrible rain of the last few weeks it been so good to make the most of the sunny days and get out in the garden.

Today was a day of fixing things. This lamp was a present for my 60th from the family and I just love it- but it’s been in need of some TLC. Super proud of Linc this week as he worked to get it going again and restore the framing. It’s shining beautifully again!

Welcome to the newest member of the family!

Beautiful day to host a local walking group. A bus bought them out of town and dropped them off at different locations depending on their ability. It was lovely to see them all arrive in. A great way to get out and about whilst connecting with each other. They all had more than enough energy to still wander around the garden exploring its nooks and cranny’s.
