The galloways really do know how to get to work on overgrown pastures and converting it into beautiful calves and beef!

They aren’t fussy eaters and clean up all the paddocks really well, even tough hill country and fallen bark off gum trees leaving the place spotless

Today we say good bye to some of our herd sires who have gone onto greener pastures who have given us some valuable replacements for their legacy’s to continue on 🥰

Well well well finally Veda has decided to calve and that’s a wrap for us at Mountain View Galloways for calving until later this year.

I always start off at a young age to interact with the newborns as it helps in the long run to have lovely quiet animals so that they are quite trusting of people so when they go to new homes they are easier to interact and bond with as wee Priscilla is showing 🥰
