Morning! Your opinion is sought, 🇨🇦 & 🇺🇸!
I’m nearly finished with a new (yes, ANOTHER) website, this time for the new book Modern Equine Dentistry for Horse Owners plus online courses for horse owners. Including setting up Woocommerce for the first time… And populating it…
Since I have created the print versions in both UK English and American/North American English, I am trying to label the latter.
POLL:
My question for you readers of the English language in various parts of the world is…
Which term do you North Americans (Canada, USA, etc) tend to call the English of your region, for ease of labelling these books?
American English or North American English?

Taking an hour out swimming and lying by the Infiniti pool on the 19th floor of a hotel in Singapore.… the pool feels cool at 30° … Then off to take x-rays before dental surgery tomorrow. I’m taking a few days off at the end of this. It will be awesome. I’ll enjoy the sun for the rest of you. Thanks Matt, I needed the break. Do I have to go half a world away to figure that out? LOL.

Woo hoo! Checked into my flight for Singapore! Going to do some teaching. I’m sure I’ll be awfully glad to get back, with the temperatures over there. See you all when I get home!

PPID, or Pituitary Pars Intermedia Dysfunction, is a common endocrine disorder in older horses. Early signs include decreased athletic performance, loss of topline, cresty neck, unexplained tendon injuries, fall laminitis, and increased drinking and urination. Hello to all my special friends!

1-yummy birthday cake... lemon/orange/tangerine almond GF almond yummy cake with lemonade (the real fruit) over the top. YUMMMYYYYY... :)
2-looking over and putting up (loading to Amazon) the EIGHT versions of the Odin on the Farm and Odin in the Farmhouse for wee tykes! ;)
I can't wait. Odin is excited about them. I want them up so I can print some for his birthday!

Odin on the Farm will be in both Early Reader and Read Aloud formats... in UK English and American English (Yes, that is a thing...)
Odin in the Farmhouse will be ditto.... That makes EIGHT. lol

That's more fun than all the other stuff I need to do.
Birthday fun.

I've already played with all our toy Dexter cows and Chookies and Had an intense Frisbee session with Rosie the Rocket... leaping like 5' into the air! She's got SPRINGS!

Hoping I might be able to climb out from under my rock today.
If I can make the table of contents work in affinity publisher, I will be finished formatting this book today.
If anyone has ever winded about how much they have to pay a form for a textbook,…
Pay them anything they ask. 😉
At least I know how to use the program now!
So if anyone’s looking for a format for a textbook, just let me know! LOL I have found a new career. LOL

AND I had to record the slides in PowerPoint. WHY did it take me so long to discover this???
