And that’s a wrap! Groomingtails NZ is now closed for business. A day of mixed emotions. THANK YOU to all our gorgeous clients for trusting us with your precious fur babies, it’s been amazing! We will miss you all!

Please follow my journey here as my family and I head over to the U.K. next year where new adventures await. I am excited for the next chapter but also sad at the same time this one is ending.

To my amazing staff Simone and Grace; thank you ladies!! You are both treasures and I will miss our friendship and workplace banter very much. Go well xx

GROOMWARS DOG EXPO DAY 2. Mystery Dog Competition! ZASK was allocated to me on competition day. How lucky was I to be given such a happy and sweet boy to groom 🥰 Competition grooming is tough! Up there on the stage with the bright lights and pressure of time limits and judges watching it’s easy to lose your head.

“If you’re not getting outside of your comfort zone, then you’re not growing.” C. Foster.

I learnt so much from this experience, as a groomer and personally. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get a critique of my groom from the judges as we had to dash straight afterwards to catch flights home.

I am so grateful for this incredible opportunity! A massive thank you to the event organisers Erana Ferrone & Wendy Drummond and guest judges Nathan & Kathleena Austin and Blake Hernandez for such a well organised and successful event! Thanks for having me 😃 Looking forward to the next one!!

GROOMWARS DOG EXPO Day 1. WOW.. what a fabulous day jammed packed full of fun, laughs and learning! I’m so thrilled to have had this opportunity to meet the incredible Nathan & Kathleen Austin and Blake Hernandez and learn from them in their educational and entertaining seminars 🥰 Thank you so much for coming all the way to our beautiful little country 🙏 I’m over the moon to have met you all in person! I hope you enjoy your time travelling around NZ!! 😊 Now to put what I’ve learnt into practice 😅

My wee man 💔 Today marks one week when we said goodnight for the last time 😢 14 years young, what a great time we had together. Thank you Dinky for being the best little dog ever. You will be forever loved and missed. Rest in peace my friend 🌈💙💙💙
