We are taking expressions of interest for Tilly.

Tilly is one of sweetest dogs I have meet. She is great with dogs, cats and children. She is very people focused and we are looking for a home where she will be with her people most of the time.

Tilly loves her lake walks and especially going for rides in the car. She enjoys playing with her toys. She is happy to do what ever, be busy with you or chill/sleep near you. She is 100% an inside dog where she sleeps at night.

Tilly LOVES attention and can be a little pushy with this. Loads of cuddles and pats are a must. She will follow you around and wants to be where you are. So if you are not into a shadow, Tilly is not the girl for you.

Tilly isnt fond of being left alone, she will settled and nap but gets up down and walks around looking out the window waiting for her human to come home. She doesnt bark or destroy anything and she is getting better with being alone.

I have not heard her bark once since in our care apart from in her sleep one night - dreaming away. She also snores at times:)
We have not had Tilly around livestock but happy to arrange this if needed. She isnt interested in the ducks at the lake and also doesnt want to go in any water.

Tilly will be desexed prior to any adoption. This is non negotiable.

This is an adoption cost of $350.00 which helps go towards some of the Vet costs including desexing.

Peggy has unfortunately found herself back in the shelter through no fault of her own, so we’re on the hunt for her true happily ever after.

Peggy is six years old and a ridiculously loving little cat who just wants a laid-back lifestyle hanging out with her special person. Her cuddle skills are 10/10 (as long as you don’t mind a little dribble…) and her idea of a good time is showing you how much she loves you.

Kids (gentle ones) haven’t been an issue for her in the past, and she’s great with the other inmates in the shelter. Dogs are an unknown.

Bailey has been in our care for about 6 weeks now. She came from a pound and her history is unknown, so her age and breed is a guesse.

Bailey is good around children and other dogs and while she has been around dog savy cats without interest, we suggest training and management when introducing any new cats.

Bailey loves her lake walks and wants to meet every dog, she is still learning to walk nicely on a lead so more training needed in this area. As she is still a puppy alot more ongoing training will be needed.

Bailey enjoys a car ride and appears to be a bit of a water baby. She has a lot of energy and loves her toys.

She is crate trained and this is where she sleeps at night.

Bailey weights around 15kg and is nearly the height of a small Lab but more compact in size.

Bailey is fully vaccinated, council registrated for 2024/2025, Microchipped which is registered on the NZ Companion Animal Register, up to date with flea and worm treatments and will be desexed prior to any adoption.

There is an adoption fee for Bailey which helps to cover a small portion of what the rescue has spent on her. This is $350.00.
