Important information for you to please read regarding your December booking.
We are super busy and have tried our best to fit you all in.
- Your appointment may take longer than normal, please wait for us to text you when your dog is ready to be picked up. Showing up before you receive a message can put us behind even more and we may not be able to complete the groom.
Once you receive the message that your dog is ready we would appreciate it if you could pick up within 30 minutes, if any longer please let us know on drop off.
- If you need to leave your dog with us for the day as we understand it's a busy time for us all we offer a $20 day charge per dog. Notice will be needed to make sure we have the space.
- We appreciate 24 hours notice for a cancellation, there will be a late cancellation fee of $35 if failed to do so. There will also be a no show fee of $50
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment you will have to rebook for the next available appointment.
Thank you for taking the time to read the information above and we can't wait to see all your fur baby's in December for their Christmas groom.

When you come into have your dog groomed you can now buy some free range eggs.
Please make sure to bring some cash with you and any empty egg cartons would be much appreciated please 😊

Friendly reminder to all customers.
We recommend booking in advance or doing all your bookings for the year, I am happy to do the bookings for you to make it easier.
We are busy all year around about 2 to 3 weeks booked out.
Booking in advance saves disappointment and wait time for a groom ☺️🐾

Grooming your dog during the winter months is important for your dog’s health because a healthy coat acts like a temperature regulator. This means throughout the cold months we recommend having your dog groomed more often. You don’t need to have a full groom but to have a healthy coat you need to keep up with basic grooming such as a bath, blow dry, brush and combing to get rid of any matting and tangles.

No show and late cancellation policy reminder.
Lately I have been having no shows for appointments. I understand life gets crazy and things happen but please give me as much notice if you can’t make your appointment.
I do send out email reminders 48 hours before your appointment and text reminders 24 hours before your appointment.
Policy below:
-I appreciate 24 hours notice for a cancellation if possible, there will be a late cancellation fee of $35 if failed to do so. which will need to be paid within 24 hours of your appointment.
- There will also be a no show fee of $50 to be paid within 24 hours.
- If you do a no show you will need to pay a deposit for all future bookings, the deposit will need to be paid on the day the booking is made.
