Here at Homewood we offer daycare as well as boarding for your dogs.
Walks, naptime, and play time in our private dog park - we can make sure your best buddy is living their best life while you’re at work.
Dogs with regular daycare bookings who enjoy playtime with other dogs can buddy up with friends with similar temperaments and play styles. Or if your dog prefers the company of humans they can enjoy their play and snugs with our lovely staff.
All play sessions are interactive and fully supervised.
There are no pack runs or pack walks.
Recreation is catered to the individual needs of your dog, from the bounciest and most social of Huntaways to the most antisocial and geriatric chihuahua, we will help your best friend enjoy their day - however that looks like to them! Your dog is unique and so is our care.
Rachel and Fatima have decades of experience with dogs, in many forums including pets, hunting dogs, and retired racing greyhounds. They have worked with and socialised everything from chihuahuas to Great Danes and everything in between, including producing many Canine Good Citizen achievers and Canine Friends suitable for visiting rest homes. Awesome visiting trainer Beverley has competed with dogs in a variety of disciplines over many years, and trained hundreds of owners to have a rewarding relationship with their pets.
As well as our three dog trainers, we also have 3 qualified vet nurses, all prepared to help your dog enjoy their stay at Homewood.

MAJOR cuteness alert! Ernest and Clive are Rhodesian Ridgeback brothers and are staying with us for the very first time. They have settled in great -we absolutely love having them with us, they are the biggest babies and such smootchy love bugs! They both try to sit on our laps!

We are quite busy with all our canine and feline clients this weekend, so we have started dinner prep earlier today. Below is a meal for one of our fussy clients: seared lamb pieces mixed with kibble (at Homewood, raw/seared lamb meat is fed with owner's permission ONLY).

Do let us know if your dog is fussy or would like some (homekill) lamb meat, or meaty bones. Homewood is a working farmlet, so we have plenty of both.
