HOUSEKEEPING ANNOUNCEMENT

It has come to my attention that clients are relying heavily on booking reminders for their appointments and not putting their appointments in their diaries. I am having clients getting angry and blaming me for missed appointments when they have not even scheduled them into their calanders.

From here on out there will be no more reminders. I understand that it is a handy convenience, however my booking system broke down years ago and I have been trying to manually send out reminder. With a new born baby, sickness and many other personal complications going on, things have been slipping. Having said that, I am still at work ready to groom your wonderful dogs when I say I will be and I hope that everyone will prioritise their appointments as much as I do and arrive when they are booked.

If you are unsure, please feel free to check in! Your respect and prudence will be greatly appreciated!!

Accepting new clients! 🥳

After 3 years, WDG is finally able to open our books to new clients. We have a new groomer who is trained up, ready and eager to begin beautifying your pooches. Lara will be available to start taking appointments from May 1st 2024. Her hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm.
