🐶🐶Puppy season!! 🐶🐶

Did you know that the first 14 weeks of your puppy's life are some of the most important for creating confident, biddable, happy, sociable dogs? That's why we have 4 different pre-christmas options for all ages of Puppyhood!

Both Puppy 'preschool' options are 5 weeks long and cost $200. They are for pups 14 weeks and under on the start date of the class. Please note puppies only need to have had 1 vaccination prior to class. Please contact the tagged businesses to book a space!

Tuesday nights at The Grooming Lounge & Daycare starting Tuesday 21st November

Friday nights at Mill Road Vet Hospital starting Friday 24th November

We are also running a Christmas Intensive at Mill Road Vet running on Wednesdays and Mondays for 2.5 weeks starting Wednesday 6th December

For those that have missed the 14 week age bracket, we have a Life Skills class by Animal Culture for pups aged 15 weeks to 6 months starting the week of 27th November. This is a 6 week hybrid course and includes support over the Christmas period should you need it.

my mum is one of those who'd do anything to make my life better.... I'd been a bit more than fussy with food and not sure what else is troubling me. lost weight and my gorgeous fur is thinning. that .nz mum got from today really made my dinner a lot more enticing.

🎆FIREWORKS 🎇
It’s that time of year again…. While fireworks are fun for humans, they can be incredibly distressing for our pets. Have a plan in place to help support your pet tonight.

Some tips include:
🐾 take your dog for a walk early, before the fireworks start
🐾 keep your pets inside tonight if possible, if this isn’t possible make sure their fence/enclosure is secure
🐾 distract your pets with their favourite toys and enrichment - LickiMats are perfect for this
🐾 close windows and curtains to keep the noise down, and play music or tv to mask the noise
🐾 stay home with them so you can support them and keep them safe if distressed.
