The Hound Way Dog Training and Pack Walking in Wellington, NZ I love helping people understand their dogs and create stronger bonds through play and clear communication.

​If you and your dog are struggling with 'problem' behaviours, or you just want to build a good relationship with your dog - I can help. My philosophy in training is that there is no 'one-size-fits-all' way to train a dog - each one is an individual and needs to be treated as such. The end goal is creating a happy and fulfilled dog.

Sophie is teaching me some scentwork skills, and Marta is the test subject (sometimes Hudson too). A ten minnet snippet from a training session with a new dog I'm working with - Billie.
This is a demonstration of teaching a type of "calm on cue", as well as implementing a punishment marker in a clear and ethical way. If you've done a training session with me in the past, i likely spoke about the calm on command type training, and this is a visual demonstration that might remind you of the process.
