New wee friend, Corky🧡. The 3 house dogs adore her. Even Beatrix, our resident grumpy girl is slowly adapting to being around a small breed. We have also been bringing in different kennel dogs to help adjust them to the possibility of living with a small fluff. Everyone has been amazing!

So great that the West Melton Community Market is back up and running this sunny season!

Brought down some adoptables and in turn they met some amazing people! ❤️❤️

Archie had his first ‘safer’ assessment today and he decided to try give us a hand in filling out the paperwork😂. He enjoyed his treat afterwards and then climbed on the sofa with us🤭

Finally back to nicer weather and the dogs (and us) are loving it. Full swing back into our daily offsite walks. Here’s a few pics from the last few days☀️.

We had the amazing Lee Waddell Photography out on Thursday to take photos of our newbies, how stunning are these black beauties?!

Today our little Lis-bug went into foster! Lisa (And Forever), came to us a few weeks ago and we fell head over heels with her.

Lisa is shy by nature, however she excelled quickly in the new environment, and around new people. She is going to make the most amazing companion, and we will miss her around the kennels.

Lisa is cat trainable and is up for adoption with Greyhounds As Pets NZ

Today we also said bye to Hogan (Hunch). He has gone into the most amazing family and has a new kitty friend! 🥰

Big thanks to Lisa and the team at GAP for finding these guys a home⭐️

Introducing a few of our newbies! We have had an influx of new greys into the kennels, so we thought we would introduce a few today! These three will be available for adoption soon.🐾🏡

Jessie is a sweet little girl who has a cheeky and bubbly personality that lights up a room! She is just a ray of sunshine!

Kev is a gentle wee soul. He is a spook and he only arrived yesterday so he is still adjusting to a different kennel environment. Look at that wee face!

Lisa is another anxious grey who has just arrived. She is our little bat dog, look at her ears! She has already bonded with us and we adore her.

Long overdue for an update however I thought these pics were too cute to wait!

Today we said goodbye to the beautiful Basil (Homebush Axel), who left for foster today so he can have some experience in pet life🥰🥰

In return we had the most beautiful wee lady, Jessie arrive. She is so scrumptious and we already know that she is definitely going to make a great impression❤️

The newest editions to Adobe kennels arrived last night. Just days after the sudden passing of champion breeder and pioneer of our sport Paul Wheeler, let’s hope these Quistis Bale x Fernando Bale pups can do his lines proud. RIP Paul, may your legacy continue.
