It has been an amazing week so far doing the Born to Run Challenge with Boh! 🦄🥰

So far we have walked 41km together, I am super proud of her stamina so far. 🩷

A little Dream update!

She has been going super well, so far I have re-backed her and had a couple of rides on her which have gone very well. 🦄

We took her to The West Melton Horse Park yesterday and she had an awesome time being led by Owen Sheath. 🥰

She really is an incredible horse. 🩷🐎

My students and I played lots of games with Dream today to desensitize her to lots of things.

She absolutely excelled at everything and was amazing to tack up. 🩷

What a wonderful first training session with her. I'm super excited to work with her again soon! 🥰

I wanted to share the reason and inspiration behind making this page.

A couple of weekends ago we brought home a horse who had lost her purpose at her previous home and was found not to be a suitable prospect for her current owner, so she was being moved on again.

When I met this mare I knew I had to buy her ... she seemed so sad but yet so eager to please.

She had an injury to her leg, rain scald on her back, needed worming, had a lot of body issues and just needed some love.

She was misunderstood and her behavioural issues were actually just because she was feeling unsafe and sore.

As soon as we brought her home we gave her a nutritious meal which she hadn't had in a very long time - she loves her food!

Over the weeks I have started to work with her a little bit on the ground and have found her such a dream to work with and is just so sweet.

She will excel at anything we do with her as she is so willing and sensible.

She is proof that just because a horse has lost their intended purpose, it doesn't mean that they have no purpose at all.

I created this page to document Dreams progress and also that of the other horses in our wee herd.

It will also be a space to celebrate the achievements of my more advanced students.

Hi I'm Izzy!

I made the journey to becoming a coach because I believe every horse deserves dignity, safety, and love. That's why I'm dedicated to training horses and humans using compassionate, understanding HHHL (Happy Horse Happy Life) methods.

But my mission goes beyond just training horses and humans. I am passionate about providing a haven for horses who've been left behind - those who have lost their purpose due to behavioural challenges, age, or injury etc.

These incredible animals, often deemed 'unusable' or 'unwanted,' come to me seeking a second chance. And that's exactly what I give them.

Through patience, understanding, and gentle guidance, I help these horses to:
Regain trust and confidence Heal from past traumas Discover new purposes and passions Feel safe, loved, and valued Regain their dignity
