A friendly reminder about our opening hours.

Need to pick up your dog outside of our regular hours? Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us plan our day and minimize disruptions for the dogs. Late night pick ups will not get approved.

Please don't park up or walk around outside the kennels out of hours. This disrupts the dogs' usual routine and causes unnecessary disturbance, especially to the dogs' being groomed.

If you arrive a bit early and our open sign is on, please feel free to come on in. We are ready to serve all our wonderful customers! 🐶

We've recently seen a big increase in unexpected visitors outside of our regular opening hours which are 8am to 10am and 4pm to 6pm daily. To ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone, we'd like to remind you of these designated opening times, and the reasons behind them.

There are some important reasons for adhering to our operating schedule. First and foremost, out-of-hours visits can disrupt our furry clientele. The unfamiliar sounds and activity triggers barking, which can be stressful for the dogs and disturbs our neighbours. Additionally, we use specialized tools like sharp scissors and clippers during grooming sessions. Distractions during this process can lead to potential injuries. For the safety of our groomer and the dogs themselves, please be respectful of our opening hours.

To best accommodate your scheduling needs, please pre-arrange any out-of-hours pickups, drop-offs, or visits. This allows our team to plan accordingly and ensure a smooth experience for both you and your dog, as well as all the other dogs in our care. Be advised that turning up out-of-hours without arrangement WILL incur an additional fee to compensate for the disruption to our standard workflow.

While we won't be able to answer phone calls directly outside of our operating hours as our focus is on grooming, cleaning, and caring for the dogs, please feel free to leave a message, and be assured we'll return your call as soon as possible during our next operating window.
