Interactive, fun & educational experiences with animals. Located 3.5km from Whanganui city centre. Open daily Mon-Sun 11am-2pm. H**p Bedding $10 bag | $40 bale.

Other times are available appointment - book via our website https://www.mrsmacdonaldsfarm.co.nz/book-online or if within one hour please phone 021 930 950. Pellets are available to purchase to feed the animals. Small $3 | Large $5 | Fancy $10

Fresh Farm Eggs are available to purchase $6 or $10. H**p Fibre $10 bag. Airlyte cardboard bedding $10 bag | $40 bale.

We welcome kindy's, schools, childcare centre's, kura's, rest homes, special needs, wheelchair accessible, birthday parties. 🐾🎈

Plenty of parking on the sides of driveway. Or we can open up the arena for overflow / buses etc.

We also welcome SAMPSON our teeny tiny little calf (a male calf is called a bull).

This lucky little visitor got to help Mr Macdonald feed Sampson and did a great job 🥛!

Sampson is very good at hiding by snuggling down in a sunny spot, so come and see if you can find him!

Welcome to our delightful young donkey (male donkey is called a Jack) we have named him Diego 🫏 he has settled in well and been around to meet all the farm park animals. He came from another animal park called Avonstour Island near Stratford, Taranaki.

Sadly Dora donkey (a girl donkey is called a Jenny)has to head home this week to her owners who kindly lent her to us. So if you want to come say goodbye you can come for a drive by or come in for a visit.

Benson & Mrs Macdonald have been busy building a new house & run for the mother hens.

Black Betty & Hokey (or) Pokey and their tiny hatchlings 🐣🐥🐥🐥

We used all recycled ♻️ materials and insulated the roof and walls with h**p fibre to keep it toasty warm for the chicks.
